Situated in the busy precinct of Richmond Victoria 3121 with limited space, the organisation's lease was not due to end for another 5 years. The Brief was to enable the space to dynamically project the business and its culture and to make the best use of an office space that was realistically too small. The meeting spaces were to cater for social events + be flexible to cater for + house training, conferences + various types of meetings.

In the planning of the space we achieved accommodation efficiencies more than 50% over the existing accommodation which was a product of innovative planning + intelligent desk solutions.
