Brief

IN2 SPACE was commissioned to provide a complete end to end service, Designing + Project Managing all works for the refurbished office space.

The business had been housed in the same building for numerous years but had expanded over the preceding years rendering its office layout inefficient for the business that it was undertaking.

The brief was to totally re-plan the various floors that the business occupied to reintroduce the efficiency + flexibility that it required to successfully forge ahead.

Budget + logistical constraints were paramount in planning for the proposed works as the business was required to operate during the planned phases of the construction works.

Outcome

IN2 SPACE achieved a stunning major upgrade to the firm's image + an efficient + flexible re-plan of their inefficient office spaces.

The end result was increased efficiencies in work practices, a more prestigious environment for client interaction + the ability to expand through the next 5-7 years growth.

Detailed planning and coordination was undertaken for the Construction which was staged over 3 phases + over 2 floors. Our ability to schedule + coordinate all works involved, allowed the project to be completed without any  negative impact on the business + the works were completed within budget + before time.
