Diageo is the world's leading premium alcoholic drinks company. The brands they promote are market leaders such as Smirnoff, Guinness + Johnnie Walker. The staff comprise many dynamic young professionals with backgrounds in advertising + marketing.






Brief              


Situated in the busy precinct of Richmond Victoria 3121 with limited space, the organisation's lease was not due to end for another 5 years. The Brief was to enable the space to dynamically project the business and its culture and to make the best use of an office space that was realistically too small. The meeting spaces were to cater for social events + be flexible to cater for + house training, conferences + various types of meetings.

Outcome        


IN2 SPACE were chosen from a number of national + local design firms vying for the works. IN2 SPACE were contracted to provide a complete Design, Documentation + construction of the project.


In the planning of the space we achieved accommodation efficiencies more than 50% over the existing accommodation which was a product of innovative planning + intelligent desk solutions.


The need to market the business, the outward presentation of the business space, the functionality of the workspaces, the dynamics + attitude of the business were aspects of the driving force behind achieving the concept + the creation of the space.


We were able to achieve, in aligning with their business philosophy, a space that embraced the spontaneous dynamics of doing business, an arena where they could receive + entertain their clients + showcase their brands, products + their way of life.


The well-planned execution of works by IN2 SPACE allowed Diageo’s numerous business + timing constraints to be met easily + this meant they were able to operate normally whilst works were undertaken.


Meticulous planning both logistically + financially to maintain budgets saw the completed project surpass all expectations + stands as one of the firm's many stellar achievements.
